The System Director of Human Resources will lead the human resources team in the alignment and implementation of strategies consistent with the operating plan. He/She will be accountable for setting and ensuring high quality, standards and effectiveness for human resources throughout the system. It is expected that the System Director will foster an environment of inclusion, continuous improvement, learning and accountability. The chosen leader will possess the following experience: - Minimum of five years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
- Demonstrated management capability and broad knowledge of HR services.
- Strong interpersonal skills; an interest in developing team members.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
