Consider the following executive opportunity with California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS): Receiver’s Clinical Executive, Dietary Services $101,340 - $179,760 annually, depending on assignment and qualifications CCHCS Headquarters – Elk Grove, CA We are seeking a solutions-oriented, no-nonsense clinical executive to provide leadership and overall administration for statewide Dietary Services and oversee the development and implementation of professional practices, resource management, and delivery systems within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s adult correctional facilities. In this capacity, you will also: - Provide executive leadership and overall administration of CCHCS’ statewide dietary program
- Ensure that dietitians work in concert with primary care providers, medical specialists, nurse, and other staff
- Develop and maintain ongoing programs to deliver, monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of dietary care
- Ensure that all dietary services and documentation comply with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, federal, and state laws
To thrive in this leadership role you must have: - Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Five years of dietary services experience in a comprehensive medical setting, a minimum two years of which must have been in an administrative or supervisory capacity
