Centura Health, a leading Christian-based, nonprofit healthcare network based in Centennial, Colorado, seeks a team-oriented leader to join the organization as VP, People and Culture to lead human resource operations including talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning operations and processes.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President, People and Culture will be responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition operations and processes, on boarding, talent development and succession planning, RN residency program, allied float pool and data base analysts ensuring that the functions are transforming to a value-based model that is progressive and relevant, and outside-in thinking with continuous process improvement. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of a successful Strategic Workforce Plan and Talent Acquisition model.
The Ideal Candidate:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or a related field is required.
Ten years of relevant culture change experience, or an equivalent combination of education and a minimum of eight years relevant experience.
Specific experience in talent acquisition and talent development.
Experience and expertise in workforce planning, leadership development programs, employee engagement, change management, and talent acquisition strategy programs, and initiatives.

Centennial is in Arapahoe County and is one of the best places to live in Colorado. Living in Centennial offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Centennial there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many families and young professionals live in Centennial and residents tend to lean conservative. The public schools in Centennial are highly rated.
Urbanism aside, many visitors travel to Metro Denver to get outside. Colorado is one of the most beautiful states in the country with its Rocky Mountain range offering a myriad of summer and winter outdoor sports. The long-running theory among Denverites is that if the rest of the country knew about the Mile-High City’s 300 or so annual days of sunshine, resolute friendliness and relative affordability, there wouldn’t be anyone left to live in other major cities.
