The Project Manager, Network Development/Strategy is responsible for coordinating projects for Network Development, Network Strategy, Network Planning and Grants, including data analysis/interpretation, report generation and management to support project work and strategic objectives. This position has direct accountability for departmental project management related to clinical affiliate/network partner activities, strategy developing, planning initiatives, grants development and submission, business development with internal and external providers, CRM and other database management.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the VP, Network Strategy:
Provide project management for Network-wide projects, including on-site and direct project management across the WMCHealth Network; working with internal and external providers and partners.
Collaborates with Network Development and Network Strategy team members to prepare project management and analytic reports and presentations using HANYS, Sg2, Marketware, CRM, mapping software and other database tools.
Develops executive level data analytic assessments and visual/presentation displays to support organizational decision-making.
Collaborates across Network Strategy teams and other internal departments to prepare project materials including; operation plans, strategic plans, strategic objective reports and database reports.
Collaborates with internal departments such as Medical Staff Office, Advanced Physician Services, Bon Secours Medical Group, Marketing, DMA and others to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate the update of Network Partner database information in database tools used, e.g. Marketware.
Collaborates with divisional team members in tracking Clinical Affiliate and other Network Partner performance to targets/goals and providing periodic reports.
Anticipates resource needs to fulfill project requirements and proactively develops and delivers solutions to address them.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
2 years of progressively responsible experience devoted to project management required. 2 years of experience in project management in a public health, health regulatory or health services related organization or program preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred with specialization in health related fields; public health, business or other.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint or other Project Management and Customer Relationship Management tools preferred. Knowledge of data, collection, analysis and presentation. Attention to detail related to tracking of network partners and contracts. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across assignments.Strong presentation and visual display skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship building skills with the provider community.Knowledge of and experience with ambulatory/ physician practice performance analytics preferred.
