Position Summary: Under the direction of the Vice President Facilities Management and Operations Support, the Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) leads the development and execution of a highly reliable and effective entrerprise project management business model and is a strategic partner to executive teams providing high level business leadership, consultative support, and establishment of the processes and programs to ensure execution of high-priority strategic initiatives. The Vice President works with executive leadership across the enterprise and the enterprise project management team leadership to align and execute on business strategy, provide guidance to developing and implementing standards for monitoring, tracking and reporting, and recommending appropriate courses of action, strategies and/or alternatives in order to meet the strategic intent of the organization. This position interacts regularly with internal customers to ensure organizational goals and objectives are established and achieved and ensures action plans to correct variances. This role is a strategic business partner with executives on all aspects of the business, leading where needed and assist with execution across the organization. The Vice President, EPMO, provides thought leadership and project portfolio level reporting to the Executive Leadership team.
Minimum Requirements: - 8+ years of prior Project/Program Management leadership in large scale, fast paced environments, with at least 8 years as a top E/PMO leader.- Proven portfolio project management, planning and execution skills- Proven track record working with C-level executives, smart, entrepreneurial leaders, both as a facilitator and as a contributor with a point of view.- Process improvement work experiences such as lean or six sigma as preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: - Master's degree in Business, Technology, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field or an equivalent of education and experience as a business leader. Certification in the following disciplines are preferred:
