The Manager of Data Quality provides leadership, management and operational oversight to the Tenet CVO (Dallas and Manila-based operations) to develop and support training in all phases of the credentialing process utilizing reports and feedback to identify trends, improve quality and process improvement. Serves as a resource and support for development and maintenance of privileges to the hospitals and credentialing database.
Required:
Knowledge about the credentialing process, i.e., Determination of Eligibility Application, Initial Application, Reappointment Application, Privilege Delineation and Expirables
Knowledge and experience in medical/legal issues and laws and regulatory requirements (The Joint Commission, CMS Conditions of Participation and other accrediting agencies, as needed
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Echo software credentialing system
Strong organizational skills and ability to make formal presentations
Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and work effectively and efficiently with healthcare professionals
Exhibits professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work in a positive and professional manner with all members of the Credentialing Team
Ability to work at the Dallas Home Office, and remotely as deemed necessary
Ability to travel, as deemed necessary

Qualifications:
Education/Experience
Bachelor�s degree or equivalent combination of related education and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a central verification office, hospital or managed care setting
