Senior Business Analyst, Shared Service (Onsite based in Dallas, TX)

The Business Analyst will support the coordination of on-boarding activities for Tenet Healthcareâ��s new Global Business Center (GBC). Tenet and associated business units are embarking on a multi-year stand up and migration of several functional processes from the US to the Philippines.
The migrations will occur by process, location, and functional readiness. As such, the complexity of coordinating events associated with successful on-boarding will be a key focus area. The candidate will need core program management skills and experience to effectively communicate and address issues and risks as well as keep senior GBC leadership apprised of upcoming events. The Business Analyst will report to the Senior Director of Shared Service and will work closely with the Vice President of Shared Services and the enabling work stream Directors (i.e. VP Ops Controller, VP Health Plans, VP HR Operations, Senior Manager Tenet CVO, IT Lead, Real Estate Lead, etc.)
Partner with real estate, facilities, and technology teams to ensure requirements are met to manage workstation add, moves, and changes
Partner with Recruiting in order to understand recruiting challenges or opportunities which would affect the seating needs real time
Confirm and address facility readiness for new resources (training and on-boarding only)
Work with US and GBC Human Resources to understand changes in hiring classes and/or availability
Ensure supporting resource availability for onboarding classes
Communicate and notify designated stakeholders of the on-boarding schedule
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track on-boarding schedules
Manage changes to the project roles and responsibilities using an agreed upon governance process
Document post on-boarding issues and improvement opportunities to develop â��lessons learnedâ�� for subsequent on-boarding classes
Work closely with Tenet (Philippines), Tenet (US), and third-party contractors to drive specific action items during each migration
Delegate project tasks based on pre-defined responsibilities of the transition team and trainers
Work directly with Functional Work stream Leaders to ensure expectations are met and managed
Assist in identifying and recommending solutions for projected supply constraints
Develop long term supply recommendations for future demand needs 6+ months out
Create status reporting decks for executive leadership
Track the quality of on-boarding
Provide recommendations for the on-boarding process to enable positive experiences for new hires
Develop a formal line of communication for business owners to understand what is needed prior to on-boarding new resources
Establish and foster a strategic vision to ensure the GBC is viewed as a valued partner and appropriately involved in business decisions
Create positive relationships among key stakeholders
Bachelorâ��s Degree in Business, CPA preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes, written and verbal communication skills across all levels of organization
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/locations and business units
Understanding of the qualities and expectations of a global shared services organization
Proven working experience in project management and fundamental knowledge of Program Management principles
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
