Position Summary: The Centralized Imaging Access Supervisor is responsible for leading the scheduling operation and functions of our Imaging call center team. This is a front-line leadership position directly supervising a staff of full-time, part time and on-call employees scheduling radiological appointments. Work situations require leadership, organization, prioritization, good judgment, independent decision-making and discretion to sensitive situations. Major decisions are subject to the review and approval of the Call Center Manager. External contacts include patients, physician offices, insurance companies, DSHS, Medicare, and Medicaid. Internal contacts consist of all staff and management throughout MultiCare.
Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in scheduling operations/functions Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role; two years supervisory experience preferred Experience working in a highly computerized environment One (1) years EPIC/ Radiant Imaging system preferred Two (2) years of Imaging experience and/or knowledge about Imaging modalities preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Associates degree or two (2) additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
