As a Talent Acquisition Manager , you will be responsible for the oversight of the execution of full cycle recruitment and to provide day to day direction and support to members of the talent acquisition team. Responsible for linking talent acquisition initiatives to core business strategies implementing recruitment projects that achieve business line goals. Develop and engage team, lead process improvement initiatives, budget development and adherence and the development and achievement of team annual operating goals.
In this role you will:
Lead recruitment, development, engagement, and performance management. Assumes leadership accountability for (selection, orientation/training, performance review, mentoring, etc.) of exempt and non-exempt staff.
Effectively evaluates, onboards, and orients talent acquisition caregivers to maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures and applicable state and federal employment laws.
Establishes team workloads and assesses performance to ensure the organization has pipelines of qualified candidates to meet their staffing needs.
Serves as a resource person to recruiters on policy interpretation as well as system and procedural issues required to ensure quality, timely customer service to leaders and candidates.
Provides direction to recruiters in implementation of effective sourcing plans, recruitment, quality selection practices and applicant tracking.
Collaborates with leaders across service lines to develop proactive recruitment strategies aimed at achieving a just in time quality hire.
Works collaboratively with system stakeholders and HR centers of excellence to achieve workflow efficiencies, process improvements and effective communication. Collaborates across system promoting positive collaborative relationships with recruiting and other HR sections and as well as other health system stakeholders.
May be responsible for select full lifecycle, leadership and other key recruits.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree in Human Resources preferred. Seven years healthcare recruiting experience in a high volume, complex health system required. Proven experience in the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives required. Some people leadership experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
