The Senior Manager, Infrastructure and Service Desk is responsible for the development, coordination and actions of a team of analysts, specialists and associates in support of Information Systems.. The Senior Manager is responsible for the development and planning of new application systems and the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems. This includes system selection and contracting, cost, benefit analysis, system, performance improvement, implementation and maintenance activities. The focus of this position is to manage a group of professionals to exploit the capabilities of a given application or set of applications through the expert use of appropriate technology and available functionality while improving operating efficiencies.

Proactive in meeting all Internal and external customer needs.
Processes invoices, requisitions, payment requests and status reports promptly and accurately for approval by the appropriate management authority
Resolves issues and problems and escalates as appropriate as needed.
Selects, develops, motivates, counsels, directs and evaluates staff consistent with good human resource management practices in order to promote high quality outcomes, retention, productivity and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business or appropriate clinical field or equivalent on-the-job or technical training and progressive experience may be acceptable.
Experience with applications or applicable business/clinical field is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of MIS and/or business or appropriate clinical experience.
Strong computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office platform.
