The Senior Specialist, HR Services is responsible for assisting the Manager, Human Resources with implementation and execution of the various human resources related strategic initiatives. Participates in various aspects of Human resources programs, coordinating programs or activities as assigned. Areas of responsibility include general HR functions, workers compensation, employee relations, training and development and rewards and recognition programs. Facilitates the resolution of various Human Resources problems and provides support to employees and management staff consistent with the policies and procedures established.

• Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience
• Required: Seeking 3 to 6 years years in Human Resources; Prior experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred
• Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
