The Application Analyst will provide technical support for the company�s payroll and HR systems ensuring proper maintenance and availability. This should include monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, upgrading, and documenting all systems. Knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, compensation, benefits, and learning management tools along with experience supporting tier one systems is required.
Serve as the subject matter expert providing production support for the time and attendance applications. Provide direct support to the Payroll and Human Resources teams, collaborating to clarify their current and future technology needs.
Ensure the Kronos application is highly available by partnering with the vendor and business.
Work with business owners to coordinate integration and reporting requests as necessary. Ensure interfaces between external systems are operating error free as scheduled.
Provide support and configuration for approximately 500 time clocks across the enterprise. Provide training for time clock configuration.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks working both independently and within a team.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor�s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience.
Five+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central Suite.
Proficiency with supported business applications including Kronos WFC 8.1, InTouch terminals, and ADP Enterprise administration for a multilocation organization.
Strong familiarity with labor levels, labor accounts, pay codes, work rules, holiday and overtime rules, wage calculations, access profiles, display profiles, accruals.
Provide support for new center openings.
Ability to leverage WFC logs for issue resolution.
Maintain current version and patch levels in alignment with business owners.
Provide support during system implementations for new center openings.
Ability to document complex technical concepts and communicate both verbally and in writing to a wide audience including business owners, vendors, and IT resources.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Technical aptitude or ability to quickly learn new systems & processes.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Ability to recognize and escalate situations as appropriate.
Understand and value the processes that cross IT services such as capacity planning, change management, problem resolution, and project management.
Ability to work with multiple levels of users to design, deploy and support solutions according to the user requirements. Manage customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
Serve as a resource to others where your knowledge and skills are helpful.
Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities professionally, and follow through on assignments.
Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare industry and HIPPA knowledge a plus.
Experience with Service Now ticketing system a plus.
