Job Summary The Behavioral Health Program Manager (BHPM) is accountable for the operational, human resource, quality and financial management of the assigned nursing specialty program. This manager works with the Administrative Director, Nursing Strategic Initiatives to translate department strategic plans and policies into a plan suitable to the unique operational needs of the program.
