The position of IS Analyst -Business Intelligence is responsible for analysis, data validation and user acceptance of data and solutions with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision making.
Responsibilities
The BA will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams and responsible for communicating the business vision across.
They can use multiple facets and approaches, encompassing diverse techniques under a variety of names, in different business, science, and social science domains.
She/he will work with business SMEs to understand the business needs for data mining and will work with the Data Modeler to design and architect solutions as well as perform knowledge discovery for advanced and predictive analytics.
The BA will focus on making sure that data needed to create actionable information through a self-service process is easily accessible and of high quality.
The BA will support efforts to improve data quality in TENET�S Enterprise Data Warehousing, Data Marts, interfaces, and Operational Data Store data architectures.
She/he will contribute to the execution of the strategies of the enterprise information model and Data architecture and all corresponding functions of data movement and security throughout the organization in support of enterprise data integration, solutions architecture, with a clear line of sight to achieving the business goals.

Required: Bachelors in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
