SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Vice President & General Counsel, assures the safety and security of all Hospital patients, visitors, employees and their assets by supervising and organizing the Security department as well as the Safety and Emergency Preparedness functions. EXPERIENCE: Five years police or security experience. Experience in hospital setting strongly preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Interpersonal skills OTHER: Key/lock systems, CCTV and access systems. LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: IAHSS-International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Law Enforcement, Associates - Related Field, Preferred: Bachelors - Law Enforcement, Bachelors - Related Field
