Medical Test Site Survey & Investigation Manager (DOH6972)

The Medical Test Site Survey & Investigation Manager manages the statewide Medical Test Site survey program and partners with the Office of Community Health Systems (OCHS) MTS Program Manager in order to administer the ongoing Federal CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988) program as part of the Federal exemption granted to the Department. The position assures compliance with Federal and state laws and regulations by overseeing the inspection of, and investigation of complaints against clinical laboratories, monitoring laboratory proficiency testing, and recommending enforcement actions. The position supports the agency mission to protect and improve the health & safety of the public receiving clinical test results. The Medical Test Site Survey
