Position SummaryThis position will have complete oversight over our Avondale stand-along Emergency Department. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in an ED setting, preferably with the pediatric population, including three years of leadership/supervisory experience. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing Degree, an AZ RN license or an RN license from a compact state, and a BLS and PALS certification from American Heart Association.This position manages, evaluates and supervises operational functions and activities of assigned area by guiding and supporting staff and serving as liaison with other departments to facilitate quick resolution of issues to ensure excellence in a family centered care environment.
