Manitowoc, WI - Froedtert Health seeking an experienced healthcare executive to serve as its President, North Market. The President is responsible for operational oversight, planning and future definition of the Froedtert North Market, which is highly competitive and services Manitowoc County to the East, Sheboygan to the South, and stretches west to Fond du Lac.
The North Market is currently anchored by Froedtert Holy Family Memorial (FHFM), a 58-bed Hospital with over 800 employees and the Froedtert Northeast Medical Group, a ~130 physician, multi-specialty group practice. FHFM integrated with Froedtert Health in 2021 and over the last two years has successfully become woven into the Froedtert & Medical College Health Network.
Reporting to the Froedtert Health Chief Operating Officer, the President will serve as the health system's key executive with operational responsibility for the 58-bed FHFM. The President willparticipate in and help to advance the growth and development of patient services consistent with the vision and strategy of Froedtert Health.This will include new initiatives in collaboration with system Service Line leadership, acceleration of the system physician strategy, and coordination with system services including, but not limited to, compliance/risk, facility services, marketing/public relations, human resources and the diversity office.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in the areas of physician relations and physician recruitment and will bring demonstrated success within a highly competitive market. Key to success in the role is the ability to establish high-trust partnerships with physicians to ensure engagement and alignment around strategic growth initiatives and the delivery of efficient, coordinated, high-quality care both locally and system-wide. Additionally, the President must clearly and comfortably engage with the Manitowoc, Sheboygan and Fond du Lac communities and serve as the face of the organization throughout the region.
