The focus of the position will be the operations of the clinical service. This will include developing and maintaining physician relations, empowering clinical care givers through solicitation of input and implementation of actions to improve delivery of patient care. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the administrative functions of the clinical service. He/she will supervise the delivery of patient care and has the responsibility for establishing standards of nursing practice for the service. Assure achievement of department, nursing division and hospital goals as well as adherence to hospital policies and standards set forth by accreditation and regulatory agencies. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Minimum Education Requirements:- BSN required; MSN or other Master's degree required within 3 years of hire or transfer.
