The Area Manager is an administrative position overseeing daily operations for 3-6 ancillary service locations across the region. Area Managers are powerhouse leaders who find joy in building up team members, finding creative solutions, and making someones day. They maintain broad ownership of all clinics administrative functions, including operations, finances, and planning. With the support of their peers and Regional Managers, the Area Manager will work to enhance clinical performance and foster a culture that nurtures growth, engagement, and dedication. Minimum Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred) Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 yrs. experience in lieu of degree will be considered Masters degree preferred
