The Woman's Health Program Coordinator reporting to the Director of OB/GYN will support the department with administrative, new business development and academic program needs. They will assist with coordination of schedules, meetings, interviews and any additional administrative support for the Women's Health and Wellness Institute. Will be responsible for helping the department develop and operate the Center for Woman's health equity. In this role the Woman's Health Program Coordinator will coordinate with practice executives, key leadership and marketing professionals to increase awareness of woman's health services as the practice expands into new territories. They will transition to the operational lead for the Center for Woman's Health Equity once developed. Responsibilities;
Scheduling, meetings, coordinate with practice schedules, booking conference rooms, setting up teleconferences and preparation of materials and binders.
Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
Coordination of the daily activities for the Department of OB/GYN.
Performs functions with the Residency Coordinator, Residency Director and Fellowship Directors for the GME program's as directedAssist with the recruitment effort of the department including interview arrangements, credentialing and On boarding
Coordination with department Chief's and Medical Directors (upcoming meetings, issues etc.)
Maintains and updates all providers licensures, certifications, CME, etc... and maintain complete department and provider filesCreate and prepare meeting minutesAssist with travel and CME expense paperwork with administrative approval
Updates and enters on call schedules in multiple systems for department use
Perform clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
Maintain CV updates and formatting for the departments
Work with the key leaders to develop and manage the woman's health equity program
Work with other department leads to partner and provide needed services to support woman's health
Work with key leaders to develop a growth strategy for woman's health in new territories
Develop strategies that will support financial growth through building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Work with business development to research new makets and areas of growth opportunity
Facilitate team meetings to support initiatives
Build strong relationships with new and existing partners of woman's health
Educate APS leaders on woman's health initiatives and strategies
1-2 years in medical management or administration required.
Bachelors degree in health care or business required
