Administrator
The Administrator is responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating all functions and activities of the Nursing Facility. This position will implement the policies of the Board of Directors by serving as the decision-making authority for the Nursing Facility on all operational matters. Additionally, this position will make recommendations and develop policies and procedures for various activities of the facility. RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizes the operational functions of the facility through appropriate departments and delegation of duties.Evaluates operating results attained on a regular basis relative to established objectives and reports to the Vice President and Board of Direct
