Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s Hospital is looking for a strong Periop Services Manager to lead our outpatient Aerodigestive team, as well as a small surgery center. This unique position will be responsible for leading approximately 80 FTE’s, with 6 direct reports. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, with the ability to work independently, and be able to drive results in managing 6 OR’s, 2 endoscopy rooms, and 2 procedure rooms. Must have the ability to work in a very dynamic environment that is constantly changing due to the growth of the hospital.
