Job Summary The Nurse Manager, Hospital at Home (NMHH), will be spearheading Harris Health System's vision to lead the way in delivering care outside of the boundaries of a traditional hospital. This role will be accountable for all operational, human resource, quality, and financial management aspects of the Hospital at Home program. The NMHH will work collaboratively with the Medical Director, Hospital at Home, in the implementation of plans and policies in adherence to standards of the program.
