Patient Accounting Manager
To coordinate and manage the activities of the Patient Accounting department, which includes Chargemaster, billing, file maintenance, posting cash receipts and adjustments, and follow-up functions. To ensure that posting of all claim payments and adjustments is completed in an accurate and timely fashion. Emphasis will be place on patient services, fiscal goals and community relations and staff development.RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees the hospital Charge Master to ensure new charges are built and are priced accordingly in conjunction with working with Westchester charge master personnel.
