Develop, implement and manage financial operations of the organization in the absence of the Chief Financial Officer. Develop, implement and maintain a suite of statistical and financial reports for identified members of the CHCS System Management Team that provides them with the information needed to make operational decisions. Develop, implement and manage an internal audit program that includes resolving and correcting deficiencies in the internal control environment. Develop and implement methods and procedures for the preparation of periodic financial reports and results of operations including ensuring the accuracy of details journal entries, cash, assets and reconciliations.
