The position will report to the OneFifteen Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and a dotted line to the OneFifteen Chief Operating Officer (COO). OneFifteen’s Dayton Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients who receive care within our services. They will work collaboratively with other clinical team members to provide best practice care with an innovative spirit. The Dayton Medical Director will be comfortable working in ambiguous situations and will blend best in class care delivery models with advanced technology solutions to engage care team members, improve outcomes, and reduce costs, under the guidance/direction of the COO and CMO of OneFifteen.
