Clinical Director
Serve as a member of the leadership team for this Agency. Assume overall responsibility for oversight and management of the clinical services provided by the interdisciplinary team (IDT) within the homecare and hospice house setting. Assists with patient management by communicating information to patients, families, and hospice team. Coordinate and delegate all aspects of the patient referral and admission process. Assist in the development of agency goals. Develops, recommends, and administers Agency policies and procedures. Supervise all clinical staff including RN, Hospice Aides, Social Worker, Spiritual Counselor, Bereavement Coordinator Volunteer Coordinator and Clinical Nurse Manager.
