Position Summary: The President has responsibility for the overall operating performance of MultiCare Medical Associates (MMA) including providing group leadership and overseeing the performance of employed and contracted providers. This position works in collaboration with System Service Line, Strategy and Marketing leadership to develop strategies that integrate ambulatory and acute care platforms in a way that grows covered lives, develops new programs to serve the community, improves quality outcomes and are accretive to financial performance. This role also works collaboratively with the executive leader for the MHS Clinical Councils assuring that care pathways are developed and implemented with a goal of achieving triple aim outcomes for specific healthcare diagnoses.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5-years previous experience leading a large complex medical practice Ten years of experience and mastery of professional or technical role or function.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: MBA, MHA or other master level healthcare-related field
