JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Solutions Architect - Infrastructure builds and maintains a cutting-edge IT infrastructure for Community Health Choice. This position administers enterprise applications in a Microsoft Windows environment, installing, configuring and maintaining software applications and is responsible for resolving any software application issues that occur. This position manages and designs the Active Directory environment and must be able to work after hours and weekends as needed and have strong troubleshooting skills.
Job Specifications and Core Competencies:
Function as technical team lead for MS Active Directory / Exchange environment, provide oversight on daily activities to set priorities, function as mentor, help with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management.
Oversees the Architecture and Administration of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, DNS, ADFS, DFS and GPOs, SSO Software.
Oversees the Architecture and light administration Microsoft Exchange servers, Microsoft 365 and Fax Maker
Provide AD Forest level service architecture planning, third party tools deployment, and integration strategies
Develops and maintains procedures, processes, and documentation as related to Active Directory and as needed
Responsible for PowerShell scripting, data analysis, server monitoring, performance optimization, and server documentation.
Ensuring that systems uptime using automated scripts are properly supported with expertise and skills at a high level.
Translates business needs into detail requirement specifications.
' Develops Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements into complete information systems (technologies, processes and people) or operational solutions.
' Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need or opportunity and to design a virtualized solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need or opportunity.
Facilitates enterprise system design and architecture.
' Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines.
' Leads complex technical data warehouse discussions on modeling, integration, and overall technology solutions and design.
' Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system capacity, limitations, and desired results.
' Provide architectural direction for multiple medium to large sized projects concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle or a large project fulltime.
Performs systems design and analysis.
' Works closely with technical and business groups to help ensure the physical design meets the functional and performance requirements of the application.
Actively contributes to achievement of departmental goals, as identified in Department's annual business plan, including specific departmental process improvement plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma or GED, ITIL Certified or obtain within first 6 months of employment.
Work Experience (Years and Area):
Seven (7) years of experience analyzing, designing Microsoft (MS) Active Directory and/or MS Exchange environment (a degree may offset experience requirement bachelor's degree = 4 years; Associate degree = 6 years)
Three (3) years minimum technical hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
Software Operated: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
